OUR REALTORS® ARE COMMITTED TO ACTING WITH INTEGRITY

THEY VOLUNTARILY ABIDE BY A STRICT CODE OF ETHICS BASED ON PROFESSIONALISM AND THE PROTECTION OF THE PUBLIC.

If you have had an issue with your REALTOR® begin by speaking to their broker.

If your issue is with a broker that is a REALTOR® you can take advantage of the Texas REALTOR® Ombudsman Program

If you have spoken to the broker without coming to an agreeable resolution you can file a complaint with the Texas Realtors® or Texas Real Estate Commission:

First determine if the person is a REALTOR® by checking the File A Complaint page.

If you do not find them listed there you can file a complaint through the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC)

If you believe a member has violated the NTREIS MLS Rules & Regulations then please fill out this form to submit a complaint to the Heartland REALTORS®

If you believe someone has violated the Clear Cooperation Policy:

“Within one (1) business day of marketing a property to the public, the listing broker must submit the listing to the MLS for cooperation with other MLS participants. Public marketing includes, but is not limited to, flyers displayed in windows, yard signs, digital marketing on public facing websites, brokerage website displays (including IDX and VOW), digital communications marketing (email blasts), multi-brokerage listing sharing networks, and applications available to the general public.”
